No, thats in Alderney. The grass is coming from the texture mods that I have installed which can be found from GTA4-Mods.com -

It's not possible to lift up the Armored Truck, or tow it. I've tried towing it with a tow truck and lifting it in the air with the Cargobob. No success =/ I think that it would be really cool to be able to lift that truck in the air and fly it to some location and blow the rear doors open but guess it would be pretty easy, wouldn't need to worry about LSPD lol
