Well to me, that's your problem. I had that processor before I got the one I've got now (AMD FX 6100) For some reason, that processor couldn't handle the game with all those mods and stuff.. ( My system has 12GB of RAM)

that was happening to me last week! I wasn't banned, but I could ONLY get on gtapolicemods via my phone! none of the computers in my house could connect and one of them I never use. So I don't know what's up.. but one day I tried from my computer and it worked!

Please do not hijack threads that have no connection to your issue. Also there is a search button, use it. The original post by Braveheart goes over this issue 100s of times! Also the DL itself has comments where people have talked about issues. Thank you

FYI I have both DSOUND and xlives... I know xlives isn't good to have, BUT if i don't have that, my save file won't be recognized EDIT: Also only 1 of my car models will load! and I can only do that through my in-game trainer! Otherwise my character will just stand there waiting for a car to spawn

Few minutes ago I was able to go on duty, and select my skin and car model.. But upon driving around I got no call outs, and then when I tried to toggle 'busy' nothing worked! I looked in the LCPDFR.txt file, and saw this

Thats my issue, I can't find the file that has the windows tints! :frustrated:

Hey everyone, So I've downloaded a new Slicktop that I love! It has the lights I want for it to look like a Mass State Trooper Car. My only issue is that the windows aren't tinted, and the reflection from the lights is way too much!! (I use ENB and Illumination i believe) Now, I know there is a way to make it so the entire window is tinted. But I can't seem to figure out how to change it! If anyone could help me out it'd be greatly appreciated! I've attached photos to show what I'm talking about (Notice the rear windshield top and bottom are not tinted, but middle part is, and the two back windows have a section of untintedness)

New Episode, with Policing Script

Hey everyone, so here's what's going on... Everything was fine, and then I got invited to play with an RP group.. So I decided to create a "vanilla" GTAIV that I would mod specifically for this MP.. Well after adding the mods and such they requested I DL, I attempted to join the MP, once I got in there things went smoothly for a few minutes. Then I tried shooting and my game crashed so badly I was forced to restart my computer Cutting to the chase, here is where my game crashes and what's going on during it... Singleplayer : I shoot, or Crash into ANY object Multiplayer: I shoot or crash into ANY obj, (PS NO ONE else has issues, so I'm assuming it's someone my side) If you know anything PLEASE let me know! I'd love to play with them EDIT: It's when I "interact" with any object that I crash. Tried picking up body armor in MP and froze/crashed

Neither, it's random. It's happened to me but before long you'll get more calls (different)

Any tips to fix this?

Yes, although I did not show it in the video, once in pursuit of a car you can call for backup if you read above, he said down the road it might be, but right now he wants as real of a feel as possible.. so you might get a flurry of calls, or have a large gap.. it all depends! But ATM if you wish to "force a call" just press Shift+Del and then Alt+Del Hope I helped!

Thank you! That's the bug, where ever you are (distance wise) if they shove, you'll get thrown to the ground Ah okay I see what you're saying, and agree. But then again it's fun blazing through traffic!! To get to the island two islands away I've also noticed this in LCPDFR, so it might just be a gtaiv glitch? Nah it's fine, I appreciate the feedback! (any feedback really!) Also to those wondering, today IS Friday!! so be on the lookout for the Mod!

Before I get into anything, let me just comment on my driving, I use a controller and normally am not half bad driving!! But for some reason my LCPDFR was freezing when I tried to load anything but the Stealth Tauras. Few things @PD Freak, as mentioned I went "busy" according to the LCPDFR Script so I wouldn't have multiple calls coming out over the line @AussieMerc THANK YOU! hahaha wondering why it wasn't working! @Ripppe Before I answer you I just would like to say, that I apologize for getting as "annoyed" (to say the least) but as Brave can back me up I had tried to record this earlier in the day but everything was weird and Fraps never recorded, So I was still angry from that, plus it was late! haha Since your post is so big I'm not going to quote it but I will attempt to answer what I can. 1) The Force pushing is a bug (I believe) that Brave is still working very hard to fix 2) In regard to the calls outs and having them closer to you, while this seems practical because of what LCPDFR has acomplished, it actually, in theory, is very difficult. In order to have another "free" patrol respond, they would need to be coded into the game. 3) Below I've attached a section of a PM from brave with regard to taking a call: Also note that ALT+DEL to show as AVAILABLE will ONLY remove markers and not cars, persons etc involved in an incident.

Hey everyone! Visi here with another GTAIV script mod showcase. This time I'm showing off Braveheart's "Policing Script" Mod I try my best to show it off with the few calls I get, and do my best to go in-depth about the mod and how it works. I love this mod and everything about it (for the most part). As I stated in the video, it brings the LCPDFR mod closer to reality.
