oh yes, I am very spoiled when it comes to the fleet of Mass State Police cars I get to see :) as for the purposes, I'm not too sure.. I suck at modding (trying to mod now). I'm just asking - as a general question! If you can't/don't wish to that's completely fine!

in the common>data>visualsettings find "otheremissive lights" and there should be a value (one of the first ones) it might be around 80?.. I've changed mine to 800! -Check out my thread in the media section to see what my lights look like! Hope this helped! If you have any other issues let me know

yeah I actually imported the lightbar into zmodeler and then merged it with the Tahoe and somehow it worked!! Now my only issues are as follows: Add a few more lights Change the colors Make it work with ELS in-game. (The lights stay on permanently & won't change)

When I imported the lightbar, the Tahoe and ALL textures I was going to use had been imported as well, and it came up blank with no textures. However when I import it alone with just the textures it came with, it comes right up with all textures!

I didn't know I had to have all the textures in the same folder? I I imported them from their own folders

Hey thanks a lot for the reply! I've been trying to follow this for awhile now and I'm kinda stuck. When I go to change the material and select the lightsemissive I have LOTS of them dugi, emerglightsemissive, fara.. etc. and no matter which one I select, when I go into the UV mapper view and select the 'material' in the lower left its just blank (and nothing shows in the UV view box either)

Ex: the XT6 Series (the smaller light). Now those came with colors already attached to them, but I wish to change the colors, how can I do this? Also, can you explain a bit more on how to "copy" the LED module and then mapping them? As you can see, I'm really stuck haha

Hello, So I'm trying to model a car for my own personal use and I've having a LOT of trouble with ELS. I've tried following the Tutorials and all, but I just can't figure it out.. any chance someone would be willing to help me with it? All I need is for all but 2 lights to be blue! I assume I've got it all set up right, but I'm not entirely sure! Thanks, Visi

well at first I was trying to delete stuff and it would delete the entire chassis.. then i finally figured out how to delete things one by one, but it would delete the SMALLEST parts! it had something to do with going into polygon mode, and pressing shift+G (I think) I'm not too sure as I haven't touched it in 2 weeks! I'm sure there's an easier way, I just cant figure it out!

I've tried everything and cannot load any texture files for the stock version of this! :( I can get the one with all the lights and stuff already on it, no problem! But I can't get the stock car to have any textures! and it's taking a LOT longer than I thought to try to delete stuff from the pre-made one! any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've had this issue before... sometimes you can fix it by changing the number on the "other emissive lights" option in the ENB settings... make it higher, it might help

Alrighty, so I'm attempting to make my first model and have run into a few issues with Zmodeler that I'm hoping someone here can help me with!! Everything was going fine with adding the parts and such, until I was informed I had to have the textures added BEFORE I loaded anything in. So since learning of this, I have been trying for 3-4 hours now to load the textures into Zmodeler and have the textures show on the vehicle. I've only JUST gotten Zmodeler so my knowledge is very very limited. If you can help in anyway it'd be greatly appreciated! Tell me what you need from me and I'll tell you what's going on my side!
