Modding DLC Pack V allows for a simplified installation process of peds, weapons, vehicles and meta file entries - both for addons and replacements.
 
After installing the Modding DLC Pack V OIV file, you can do the following, all from one central folder:
Install unlimited addon/replacement peds and addon peds.meta entries; Install replacement weapons; Install unlimited addon/replacement vehicles including support for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta; Add custom names to your (addon) vehicles; Easily restore all of the above after a GTA 5 update.  
Please ensure to carefully read the supplied README.pdf file for tutorials and guides on how to do all of the above. I have also done a video tutorial series (see above) showing how to perform all of the above properly.

This mod is a free mod, the beta versions of EUP accessible only through our patreon page, is a tool for us to support the development of the mod and create a platform to interact with the community, 5 years later this mod became my main ''job'' and source of income, thanks to all the fans and supporters. If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.
