    I got this idea from last night when I saw a police car that looked similar I could not see the city name so I decided to make a Liberty City Sheriff's skin. This is most definitely an upgrade from my last texture.. Which was terrible. That's why I'm releasing this. It took me all night to get it near perfection.   3. I recently installed a few car mods and I tried to open GTA IV up to test them out and I get to the Rock star games Sign in and I press " Play (offline) " and " Play " But... the game does NOT start up It puts me back at my desktop no error no nothing it just doesn`t start please help!
