GTA IV starts and runs normally but when i press ' ALT - P ' nothing happens . . I changed the setting so the texture quallity button is no longer ' P ' but that didnt help at all .. Any help is GREATLY appreciated ! I just want to play some lcpdfr -_-

GTA IV was working normally and then i installed lcpdfr mod and now when i try to open GTA IV it says : ' Exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5. Cannot create file "C:/Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/asilog.txt".Access is denied ' I think im running as the admin im on the admin profile and stuff ... Any help is appreciated !
