Intel® Core i5-4440S 8 gig of RAM Nvidia GeForce GT 640 If i add too many car files or weapon mods, the game will crap itself and leave me with texture loss. I use vanilla Cars during my patrols and i use LCPDFR 1.0C.

A gang in Allentown with heavy weapons such as Assault rifles is not too far stretched as Allentown is only 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia and an 1 1/2 hours away from NYC. Weapons from gangs in those cities could easily be found in Allentown. I tried to modify the arrest animation to make the suspect put their hands behind their back but it looked too akward so i just scrapped it. it would also require me to modify the cop handcuff animation as he would not be reaching for the suspect's hands on their head. If my 3DS max skills improve, i will probably change this. Most likely in GTA V if there isn't an animation in it that already does this.

Hello. i'm getting Major texture loss in GTA IV after maybe 10 minutes of playing LCPDFR. The thing is though, i only have 4 car mods, and LCPDFR installed. Plus my system specs surpass the game's recommended specs. Most likely not possible on GTA IV but it is a possibility on GTA V

Hello, i recently got into 3DS Max and learned what it could do. I've also been playing LCPDFR for about 2 years and have always disliked the unrealistic handcuffed pose that was given to a suspect in custody. Being the high case OCD i am i got into 3DS Max and created a more realistic handcuffed pose for suspects in police custody. I'm not very good with words so i have some screenshots about this small mod. Now as you can tell i'm still not satisfied with some of the results and this is still a WIP. I started this thread to gather feedback so i can better the animations.

i had car mods, but with the clean install, the cars were replaced back to the original in game cars. it's weird.

I used a clean install to replace my LCPDFR GTA IV folder. It had no mods or anything after i replaced it with the one from steam, then i added LCPDFR and SNT and played for a while. After not crashing for a while, i decided to add a callout mod and All of a sudden my old GTA IV game data with all the old ELS and car mods were back in the same folder! What the hell? Has this happened to any of you or am i just hallucinating?

jeez, just recently there was an abuse claim in the Allentown PD.

I found it when i typed "police mod" in google when trying to find a police mod for Midtown Madness 2.

I find a guy trying to stab a brick wall. This has happened several times as well. Has this happened to anyone else? I find it quite funny to be honest.

I use Paint.net to create my thumbnails and channel art.

I would like to see Philadelphia. Philadelphia is on the Delaware Bay which is near the beach, North of the City is Farmland and some small towns. West of the City is Amish Country East of the City is The Jersey Shore South of the City is the Delaware Bay. It is kind of diverse where the game could take place in The City while being able to play in the rural areas as well.

Then i would be one sad PC gamer.

On my current patrol i shot a drug dealer 4 times with a shotgun and afterwards i hear a lone voice from the person i just shot, he said "Alright you win"

Hopefully it will be as easy to mod GTA V as it will now in GTA IV. Here are a few things o would like to see. *The ability to handcuff people before searching them *The ability to do beach patrols with beach related crime like Underage Drinkers, illegal fires, and fights. *The ability to have high speed chases along the freeway *The ability to discontinue a chase as the LSPD and let the LSSD take the chase. *The ability to do a helicopter patrol without crashing. *The ability to plan and form raids. and some other small ideas that were already listed.

Can't wait! GTA V for PC is like a dream for me.

Hi, i had this issue before. If you have the VIPPU plugin for LCPDFR installed, remove it. it interfears with the dispatching system.

i have created my first skin for the CPVI. I based it off a legacy paintjob for the Allentown Police department that was used in the 90's and early 2000's. If you like it i might release it but i have to patch some things up as you can see.
