    My Solution to Slow System/Insufficient Permissions download and install an asi loader (found my fix using the openiv asi loader) 1. Download OpenIV from their website and install 2. Browse for your gta directory folder (folder that holds GTA5.exe) 3. Finish up installation THEN RUN (here's where the fix is) 4. Enable Edit Mode at the end of the address bar 5. go to the top left and choose tools 6. choose ASI Manager and install the first 2 (last one is optional) This worked for me. Let me know if it worked for you.
