    How do you activate the first 2 callouts: boat pursuit and dead body in water? I tried forcing those calls, but they won't work. "Callout Manager: Failed to start..."

    Factory reset seems to have worked. It's just a pain to redownload GTA and reinstall all of the callouts I had. Plus I have to play to a "proper save point" again.

    I've had same problem since Monday. And been emailing back and forth with Rockstar since then with no luck. I just factory reset my computer last night. Hoping it fixes the problem...
