A police department by me got the brand new Tahoe's and they look nice but they drive like SHIT! Actually I just had a ride a long with that department yesterday and they are nice vehicles but they don't handle well. I don't know what chevy did to the Tahoe but they really screwed up on how it drives!!!

If in fact you are telling the truth then I would take it to court and fight it because those charges don't really follow the crime that was committed then. But either way untill you get those charges dropped you won't get into the Military or Police. Last question how old are you? (By the way I was going off of New York laws because well one would think you lived in new York)

No you didn't. For malicious wounding you would be needed to shoot the guy over and over again with that BB gun to within a inch of his life. Want the definition of malicious wounding well here it is. "the act of shooting, stabbing, cutting, wounding, or causing bodily injury with the intention to maim, injure, disfigure, disable, or kill." ​You can't get malicious wounding by accident, unless you kept accidentally shooting the guy over and over with that BB gun. Unless you shot the kid in the eye and caused him to lose his eye sight then yes you would be charged with that, but never in a million years would it ever be dropped down to unlawful assault.

And thats where my idea of bull shitting comes into play. You cannot get onto probation for unlawful assault... nice try troll. before you go around lying to everyone about your conviction and you being arrested make sure you read up on what you can and can't be put on probation for. That type of assault is a misdemanor and you can't go on probation for a misdemeanor. Next time you try to bull shit people on a website make sure there isn't someone on the website like me who the crimnial justice system inside and out.. I read state statue books for fun, I research the criminal justice system for fun..

Why in hell would the governor make a pardon for someone like you when there are hundreds if not thousands of better people out there who actually think before they act? No felon can own a weapon, or have a weapon in the same house/vehicle he is in. If the gun can be modified in anyway to shoot actual bullets (which most just require a barrel change) (s)he can not own it. Now for the BB gun part and air-rifles it changes from state to state. In Wisconsin bb guns aren't considered firearms. " Is a BB gun a firearm? No; BB guns are expressly excluded by Wisconsin legislation as firearms." So just look up in your state and see if air-rifles are considered fire arms, so if it is considered a fire arm then no felons can not own one. I don't know where I got that BB gun part I thought someone asked about it woops. But the blank-fire gun falls under the same as the BB gun it depends on the state you live in. Also a felony is a felony, doesnt matter what the classification of the felony was its still a felony and you are all treated the same . All felons are prohibited from owning fire-arms from federal law. So its not state to state, this is a federal law that every state goes by. No its a illegal and I remember seeing this I think she ended up filing a law suit and getting compensated by the town or city what ever it was. Thats like a cop not arresting the aggressor in a domestic violence unless the victim paid the cop.
