Problem solved Seems to be "Recommended Config" of Alex's "PEDS Overhaul" mod caused the problem

For some reason my character was identified as ai cop that I will no longer be shot or chased when I off duty

My police3 and all vehicles using <audionamehash> police3 lost their siren snd horn lights working fine

Im using Speedlimiter and Smooth Throttle, Is that the reason?

I suggest that you could verify game file integrity first If it's still not working , reinstall everything from lspdfr(remember to backup your mods first) That's all I can help Ask on discord first, they might give you some better answers

Check your RPH setting (Left click on it, and click 'setting' sign before GTAV shows up)

When I was driving behind AI , my car always keep the same speed as AI do. And I can't find the switch to turn it off. But it only appears under LSPDFR.
