How about they stop being lazy and learn how to make/convert their own? If modding worked under your opinion, we'd still be working with Rockstar's models because noone was "provided" any other unlocked models.

I am sorry sir but it isn't necessary for them to keep modding Crown Victorias only because they are available unlocked. Just in the same way as every other person on this planet doesn't keep mining because there are a lot of natural resources deep inside. Except for the fact that latter requires way more effort and patience than sticking lighbars onto a car.

I don't see why it should be banned. I only see that the Church opposes to it and therefore the most conservative sectors, as they oppose to many other things that don't really affect them. Aren't we in a democracy with freedoms? Who cares if two persons of the same gender do marry if they are happy that way?

Well I have no tips really. Traffic Stops are extremely dangerous. In game I always approach the vehicle I pulled over with my firearm drawn to save time if the suspect pulls a weapon!

I was thinking about a script where you could get a bunch of officers at a main road and stop people to check their license. Not have to pull them over all the time but just stand there and be able to stop people and ask for there license. This is the way they do it in real life and catch people without a license. It's sort of like a trap

Ok this is what I get when I email the vehicle owner......Local mailbox malemute@mail.ru is unavailable: account is disabled. This model is downloadable stock and unlocked from gta4-mods. It was released DEC. 2011. Now if the author is out of the modding scene but I give proper credits what does the community think about releasing it? is it ok, not ok, what?
