Getting ready to start making Non ELS/FiveM vehicles at the top of the year so I'm releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file. Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. If you have any issues the necessary files are included. Please use my tutorial links and files,. if you still have an issue try google. Then if you still can't figure it out message e on discord. I finally bought a Federal Signal smart siren on Ebay and as I do I made a GTA 5 siren pack with it. Used a SM57 mic under a controlled environment and made a crisp sounding real to life smart siren. This pack also has the firetruck as my real life PA300 siren and the ambulance as my real life Whelen siren for extra immersion. Hope you enjoy !

About
 
Bait Car is a plugin that allows you to catch car thieves in the act. Select a vehicle model, wait for it to arrive, park it somewhere, hide down the street, and wait for the car thieves to come in. Once someone steals the vehicle, follow them and the on screen prompts to proceed. Vehicle models, Ped models, Weapons used in scenarios, wait times, keybinds, etc. are fully customizable in the configuration file. Vehicles can be re-used multiple times. Multiple suspects can now take the bait car!

RAGE Plugin Hook 1.89 & 1.90 (Latest)
LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Build 8037+ required for new API functions. Older versions will work, but will crash the plugin when you call for backup)
 
 
Installation
Extract the included zipped folder to any location (ex. your desktop) Drag all files from the "Grand Theft Auto V" folder included with this plugin into your main Grand Theft Auto V game folder. If asked to replace any files, select replace. Once all files have been copied, start up your game, and go on duty with LSPDFR to load the plugin. Installation is complete

*UPDATE 5.0 IN PROGRESS*
CPD Update 5.0 is finally happening! I also want to take this time to let you know that this pack will actually be converted to DLS, with a Non-ELS but with ELS functionality. Building this pack with DLC, will make it WAY more realistic than I can ever get it with ELS or Hybrid. At this current time with the current release of 3.2, and the current version of the beta release, you do not need DLS at this time. A notice will be placed with the pack will be converted to DLS. If you want to beta test the new version of CPD, you will need to have DLS installed, which works alongside with ELS, and will not have to remove ELS to use DLS

Here we are, finally, this pack is the way I had wanted it since I released it. 
 
Few know why this rebuild became and thing, and little know why it was released so early, but I finally present to you, my Chicago police pack, to be as realistic, as possible, down to the lighting patterns, but enough of that. Not only does this pack contain some amazing lighting, and what not but it also contains some special features, that I personally have never seen done before, on the lcpdfr website.
 
On major key feature, that if you're from Chicago, you will know quite fondly which is self-operating brake lights in the rear lights on the body of the car in SUV's and in the light bars on the Sedans. 
To get the brake lights to work actually took a bit of time, and while they are not perfect, they are to me and look absolutely amazing.
 
I originally released this early short of car's because my SSD, that help the files became corrupted, and when I did recover my files, I could no longer work on them, so this was very much needed to be done to this pack. 
 
Some issues from the last pack that are no longer present in this pack and were fixed, is the interior on the 2020 FPIU was jacked up, and so that has been fixed, and all the spotlights are in perfect working order.
 
I'm going to stop rambling, and let you guys enjoy this pack, and all the work that was put into it.
