        Dynamic Lightning System by TheMayBeast - Optional, but highly recommended. Only the 3rd stage would be active without DLS.

Installation:
1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmwlspd’.
3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which is located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmwlspd/</Item>

4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for: 
DLS Users: 
Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste it in GTAV/Plugins/DLS/
ELS Users: 
Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/

This is a simple script that allows you to use first person aiming while in 3rd person mode. There are no options to configure. Simply put the ASI file in the GTA5 main directory or your "AsiPlugins" folder. My version returns you the original view you were in before switching to first person. Something that has been several years in the making to go along with my other packs. This is a pack based on KHP's Troop A Region, which covers the Kansas City metro area including Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Miami County and Leavenworth County. While the smallest troop geographically, they are the busiest in the state. As KHP retires vehicles at only 49,500 miles, the fleet in this pack is kind of outdated, but I'm waiting on parts for some of their newest vehicles. Needless to say, I worked my ass off on this pack, so please enjoy. Included are 21 vehicle models and 42 liveries. Spotlights can be toggled by pressing H.
 
All vehicles are based on real life between unit numbers, patterns and equipment as close as possible.

ADD THE GRAPPLER TAHOE/MUSTANG-
No. There is a lack of reference/parts at the moment. If I do those, they will go on discord long before here.
 
My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add without completely bricking their game. This takes 5 minutes and is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

Includes Real and BCSO, LCSO Lore friendly liveries. All liveries come in both 4k and 2k.  Lighting is 90% realistic. Its a small department and deputies are allowed to add their own lights, I went with the configurations I see most of the time. Ive included the templates for you to make your own liveries. Come default all blue. I have included red/blue files. Also comes default with the BCSO2k Liveries. The K9 unit has the names of the actual K9's on the side.
 
Instructions are included for how to have more than just sheriff and sheriff2 patrolling.
 
This is both a DLC and a Replace pack. Sheriff and sheriff2 just require a drag and drop but for the dlc the following line needs to be added to the dclist.xml file

NPCI brings you a new way of interacting with PEDS inside of LSPDFR and adds a whole new level of immersion to your gameplay experience!
 
ANNOUNCEMENT:
The new update (2.1) is OUT. This new version finally brings the Microsoft Speech Platform to NPCI, but with a twist! You can now CHOOSE between WSR or MSP in the INI file. You can also tweak the confidence level threshold for each engine in the INI file to find your sweet spot. Lower the value to loosen up the speech recognition or increase the value to tighten it up (you can do it in .01 increments). 
 
*** Because both engines (WSR & MSP) are intertwined in the new NPCI 2.1 update - YOU MUST have Microsoft Speech Platform installed to use NPCI 2.1, even if you don't intend on using the new Microsoft Speech Platform. If you do not have MSP installed, you can download it from the links below: ***

NPCI v2.1 brings a ton of new features, such as PED actions by voice, Player actions by voice, new PED animations, PED idle animations, a built in animation viewer, the ability to cycle through 49 different walk styles (with the option to set a default walk style when loading up LSPDFR), and more! Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

Hey!🙂 I noticed there are many posts about bodybags, but no plugins to place corpses inside one so I decided to make Corpse To Bag. This plugin aims to make your crime scenes more realistic by giving you the ability to put corpses in bodybags using a menu or commands in the RPH console. You can watch the showcase below for more information on how it works. You can also hide the corpse while waiting for coroners to arrive! (New with version 1.0.5)
 
Customization
The configuration file has the following:
Bodybag prop name (The name of the prop used) Corpse detection range (The range in meters to find a body) Use a key for the menu? (If not, use the command OpenBodybagMenu) Menu Key (a key if the option above is set to true) Language (Which language to use) Log Level (Level 1 is for normal logs. Level 2 logs everything, used for debugging.

The download comes with a Documentation.html file containing all the information you need to configure and install the plugin or you can watch GAMING 4 LIFE's guide in the comments.

Virus Scan Pending explanation
The "Virus Scan Pending" message is from an older version of the plugin (1.0.2), all other versions are clean. I'm not sure why it didn't pass the scan because it did when I put it in Virus Total.
 
I ran out of ideas but I love working on this plugin so please give me suggestions😂

About the Pack:
This pack was also originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I like the simplicity of the vehicles. This pack is California based, but not based on anywhere in particular. I'm aware that it may resemble and IRL department, but it was not done on purpose. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. I wanted to add more for variations for the charger, but for such a small jurisdiction, I wanted to keep this pack relatively small. If you all would like more variations for the charger, DM me. These vehicles do not have in-car radar units. I figured with the area that VPD would patrol, it would be more beneficial and cost efficient to use handhelds. This pack does come with red and blue lighting installed (Blue& Blue is included). All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked/slicktop models come with visor cruise lights.

About the Pack:
I have had this pack just sitting here for a while now. I started this project again, fixed some issues, replaced some outdated equipment, and now I have it ready to release. Again, since this pack is "older", I suspect that there will be some issues that were not discovered in testing. Please be patient and report all bugs so I can get them fixed ASAP. This pack was created with the image of a department that has lesser funding than others. I liked the idea of the "older" liberty I with the Dominator and the Avengers. I know this pack isn't super plentiful with the lighting, but I do believe this offers some realism to departments with minimal funding. The side runners were a last minute addition to spice up the pack, and give it a tad bit more lighting. I know the Pro-Guard pushbar is not commonly used, but I like creating content that is unique. The Federal signal smart sirens are mostly used by the LAPD and NYPD and ofcourse other departments, if you want to cruise around Los Santos with a real feeling of that you are a LAPD officer then this siren should fit you!  For the people that like to roleplay as the NYPD there is also a rumbler version.

About the Pack:
This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked models come with visor cruise lights.

This is my first model so there may be some minor issues, however, after multiple hours of testing I haven't found any. The picture with the SoundOff Intersector is old. Those now move with the door along with the emissives.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "LSSD_FPIUS" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/LSSD_FPIUS/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
