omg i reinstalled everything for a server issue bruh it took me days to get everything i had in game 😞

Everytime i launch rage this window shows up and i cant close it, the game still runs fine and rage works but i cant go to the settings in rage to enable plugins. Ps i just installed a fresh copy of gta v and lspdfr but its still doing it?
