    Everytime i launch rage this window shows up and i cant close it, the game still runs fine and rage works but i cant go to the settings in rage to enable plugins. Ps i just installed a fresh copy of gta v and lspdfr but its still doing it?

    help my character and npcs hair are like this, this is ceasar hairstyle and the texture looks like a mobile game a lot of them dont even show up and the ones that dont look like this have a checkered pattern on them
