    I wanna share to you my very first mod. This will turn the Farmer's Market into a police station with an enterable interior. This was made with quality in mind all for free, with many features and is fully compatible with both FiveM and SP, optional compatibility with LSPDFR. It is a new version of the BCSO Grapeseed Station mod by NilWo

    This version introduces several new features that make the game feel more alive:

    Interior - lobby room, break room, cells, captain's office and more

    IMPORTANT!

    Different MLOs made on the same location/ area (Grapeseed, Sandy Shores, etc..) are mostly incompatible especially if they share even just a single file (ymap, ybn, ytyp, etc ..). So BEFORE you complain about my MLO causing other MLOs to crash or not load, make sure you check any duplicate files for both/all MLOs you are planning to install together on that same location.

    For those who don't have a mod that adds the BCSO Agency, kindly change the Agency line in stations.xml from 'bcso' to 'lssd'.

    - Currently, peds do not recognize doors so they will circle around in panic if provoked and hostile or friendly peds can't follow you inside yet. I'm still figuring out this navmesh thingy.

    What does RTS Do?
    Riskier Traffic Stops (RTS) Is designed to bring more variety to your basic and mundane traffic stops.
     
    Current Outcomes
    The current included outcomes are as follows:
    Get Out and Shoot - The suspect(s) get out and open fire on you and other officers
    Flee - The suspect(s) flee from the traffic stop either in their vehicle or on foot
    Yell - The suspect gets out of their vehicle and yells at you (3 Possible Sub-Outcomes)
    Ramming - The suspect reverses into your vehicle before fleeing from the traffic stop
    Shoot and Flee - The suspect(s) open fire on you from their vehicle and then flee from the traffic stop
    Spit - The suspect spits at you from their vehicle
    Get Out RO (Random Outcome) - The suspect exits the vehicle, and reaches. They might pull a:
    Gun
    Knife
    Phone
    Each has 2-3 sub-variations
     
    Configurable in-game via the F4 menu -> RtsOpenConfigMenu.

Well now that same map and the code are here for singleplayer (lspdfr only). This mod is just like my OCRP Postal Code map but its not the same thing just that both are fivem map conversions.     FAQ
    Is this Install Simple? Yes its very simple. Just use your noggin😁
    Can I use Simplehud's postal codes with this? No.
    Why isn't the map working? Make sure you have every requirement installed and make sure you installed everything correctly.
    The map glitches when driving vehicles? Your missing radarzoom.dll, shv, and or shvdotnet. Not having any one of those files in the correct spot is the reason why your map is bugging.
    I Don't want too make a new mod folder. But I wanna delete my old map mod. What do I do? I made a universal oiv installer so just use that to uninstall your previous map mod(s).
    Will my map have those dark spots and be see through like yours? No, the only reason my map has transparency is because of my reshade preset 😊
    Can I still use this even if I play with the enhanced version and not Legacy? No and if you do install it idk whats gonna happen. But im not giving support.

    The Equipment & Standards Overhaul
    Dynamic vehicle safety violations for proactive traffic enforcement. In the standard Los Santos environment, every NPC vehicle is showroom-perfect. This lack of realistic mechanical wear makes traffic enforcement feel repetitive and purely RNG-based. Road Worthy is a background simulation engine that injects realistic mechanical failures and safety violations into the world, giving you legitimate, visual probable cause for every stop.
    🛠️ The Core Engine: "Probable Cause Generator"
    Road Worthy doesn't just spawn blips; it physically alters the state of nearby vehicles to create observable equipment violations.
    Equipment Violations: The engine cycles through distinct equipment configurations, ranging from minor electrical flickers to critical structural failures.
    Encounter Frequency: With default settings, you can expect to encounter a violator roughly every 2 to 5 minutes of active driving, depending on local traffic density.
    Smart Selection Logic: The system scans a 350m radius and intelligently selects candidates for violations. It maintains a buffer—ignoring any vehicle within 45m—to ensure violations don't "pop-in" right in front of you.
    Automatic Exclusions: To maintain immersion, the engine automatically ignores Emergency (Police/EMS), Service (Buses/Taxis), Motorcycles, and even specific models like the "Stretch" or "Tourbus" defined in your .ini.
    Disable Blips: For officers who prefer a purely visual challenge, violation blips can be disabled entirely in the configuration settings.

    Ghost Car (Bright Purple - 27) Operating with no lights at night.
    Faulty Alternator (Gray - 13) The lights won't stay on; lights flickers intermittently, indicating failing power delivery preceding a total electrical blackout.
    Aggressive High Beam Flashing / Signal for help / loose wire? - (Green - 2) The entire lighting system (front and rear) flashes rapidly. This indicates a severe short circuit or an aggressive driver attempting to clear traffic.
    Smoking Engine (Light Gray - 15) Heavy engine smoke pouring from the compartment. The vehicle is physically restricted to a crawl due to severe mechanical failure and neglect.
    Shredded Tire (Light Blue - 22) Vehicle operating on a shredded tire or bare rim. Results in erratic handling, grinding, and a top speed limited to 13.5f.
    Missing Plate (Dark Orange - 21) You can now encounter vehicles operating with Missing Plates. This violation is tied to a Stolen status, turning a simple equipment observation into a potential felony hit.
    Dealer Tag (Dark Orange - 21)
    Note on Modernized Plate Readers: Congrats! Your reader now recognizes these blank or dealer plates as stolen and pulls owner details—even without a physical plate—via NOOSE-derived chassis-signature telemetry. This breakthrough, repurposed from Humane Labs forensic imaging research, identifies the vehicle through unique thermal and geometric markers. The physical plate is absent, but the system still has a chance to gather vehicle and/or owner details via localized beat intelligence.
    Shattered Window (Gold - 46) Frequency of smashed safety windows. Side or rear glass is shattered, potentially indicating a vehicle burglary or a prior hit-and-run collision.
    Headlight Out (Beige - 36) A single headlight is non-functional. Unlike a shattered lamp, the housing is intact but the bulb is out, creating a high-visibility equipment violation at night.
    Mechanical Damage (Gold - 46) Significant body deformation or collision history. Though the engine functions, the vehicle shows severe rear damage, suggesting it may have been involved in an accident or theft.
    📦 Installation Guide
    Prerequisites: SHVDN (ScriptHookV.NET) is required.
    The ScriptHookVDotNet v3 included is optional. The current version of RoadWorthy is designed to work with any version of ScriptHookVDotNet v3.
    Deployment: Drop RoadWorthy.dll into your /scripts/ folder.
    Configuration: The mod will generate RoadWorthy.ini on the first launch.
    GlobalSpawnChance: Controls how frequently violations occur (Default: 2%).
    MaxActiveViolations: Sets a hard limit on world violations (Default: 1).
    ShowBlips: Toggle to true or false to enable/disable GPS markers.

    This LSPDFR EUP Wardrobe took me over 3 hours to make going from naming the outfits to making them. The outfits range from Law enforcement, Fire, Paramedics and Security. Every EUP Combo you can think of is in this wardrobe. For best results you will need to download the following:
     
    - EUP Menu
    -EUP Law & Order 
    -EUP Search & Rescue 
    - EUP Replacement Duty Belt 
    - EUP Better and realistic holsters
     
    I am very new to this but as of right now this is my absolute best thing that I have really Put my time into. If you do not want to replace your EUP Wardrobe but still want mine you can Copy and paste my wardrobe into yours therefore it wont replace the wardrobe that you have. 
     
    Install Instructions: Once you have downloaded all of the EUP stuff I have listed above you need to go to your GTA 5 directory and go to: Plugins/EUP then simply just drag and drop my wardrobe file into your original EUP wardrobe.

    Fasten your seatbelt to stay securely inside the vehicle, preventing ejection or being pulled out. If you forget to fasten it, a chime will play to remind you. You can choose from up to 16 different chimes and 2 different fastening and unfastening sound effects.

     
    Important information:
    Want to hold to fasten your seatbelt instead? Set HoldToFasten to true in the Seatbelt.ini
     
    Press Left CTRL on the keyboard or DPad Up on the controller to fasten or unfasten your seatbelt. You can customize these keys in the settings.
    Press F4 and enter "OpenSeatbeltSettings" to open the settings menu.

    Once you step into a vehicle, you'll see a seatbelt indicator, meaning you do not have your seatbelt fastened. Once you start driving without your seatbelt on, the indicator will start blinking, and a chime will start playing.
     
    Customization:
    There are currently sixteen seatbelt chimes to choose from and four seatbelt sound effects to choose from. If you prefer a different keybind, you can change the keyboard key or the controller button in the settings file.
     
    Settings Menu:
    There is a settings menu you can use by opening the RAGEPluginHook console (F4) and entering "OpenSeatbeltSettings", this will open up a menu where you can change the settings in-game.
     
    Chime Linking:
    You can link different chimes to different vehicles, so as an example, you can link the Dodge chime to your Dodge Charger or your Chevrolet chime to your Silverado. Non-linked vehicles will use the value of the ChimeSound setting.
     
    Quick Exit Feature:
    You can quickly exit the vehicle by double-tapping the vehicle exit key. You will exit the vehicle, and the player won't close the door after exiting, although you can choose to have the player close it by setting "LeaveDoorOpenOnQuickExit" to false.
     
    Miscellaneous:
    When fastening or unfastening, your character will play an animation.
    If you're using a controller, it will vibrate when interacting.
    When fastened, you will not be able to leave the vehicle, nor will peds be able to pull you out of it.
    You can even add custom chimes if you'd like; just place the .wav file in "Plugins/Seatbelt Media/Chimes" and update the ChimeSound setting to that audio file name.

    FUEL DRAIN ENGINE — COMPLETELY REWRITTEN
    The original drain used raw memory pointers that became unreliable after
    refueling. v1.1 rebuilds the drain system from scratch using GTA V's native
    vehicle APIs. The result: fuel drains correctly after every refuel, every
    session, every time — no exceptions.

    RANGE-BASED CONSUMPTION CONTROL
    Instead of tweaking obscure drain rate numbers, you now set how far your car
    should travel on a full tank — from 5 km (testing) to 650 km (nearly
    unlimited). The system converts that into a precise per-frame drain rate
    automatically. Change it live in the menu without restarting.

    SMART LOW-FUEL ALERT SYSTEM
    When your tank runs low, the entire system kicks in together:
    — The fuel bar overrides your color setting and flashes RED

    July 2025: Currently I am NOT active in GTA/LSPDFR but as far as I am aware, this plugin still works as is. Unfortunately without a working game and no time to code anymore I can no longer support my developed plugins. All my code is available on GitHub if people want to steal / update the plugins themselves. 

    A quick little plugin I threw together for my livestreams to help with scene management chaos....
     
    What is it?
    This is a simple tool that will allow you to delete the closest vehicle to you, similar to the /dv scripts you get in FiveM. It can be used alongside other scene management mods to clear vehicles out the way so you can place cones or road blocks. I plan to use this along with Automatic Roadblocks by yoep or Scene Manager by Rich et al. 
     
    Why not use a trainer? 
    While it is possible to delete vehicles in trainers, like Menyoo or Simple Trainer, I wanted a quick and simple way for me to do this at the press of a button, especially when I am livestreaming and chaos has ensued.
     
    Features: 
     - Stand next to a vehicle and press the key binding (Shift + L by default) to delete that vehicle
     - Protection mode (can disable in .ini) to prevent deleting your own vehicle or emergency vehicles
     
    Known issues: 
    Driver is not deleted with vehicle if stop or slow traffic is activated in Stop The Ped Report any issues here.

    About the Vehicle:
    This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.

    Axon Signal is a standalone RagePluginHook plugin that simulates the operation of an Axon body worn camera and in-car dash camera. Alongside that is the ability for the body camera to automatically start recording if you unholster your weapon (list of weapons that will trigger the body camera can be defined in the AxonSignal.ini file) or activate your emergency lights (stage 3 ELS lighting or activating lights on a NON-ELS vehicle). 
     

     
     
    The following parameters can be changed in the plugin's ini file:
    The key to start/stop the recording of the body camera. If the body camera will start recording if you unholster your weapon List of weapons that will trigger the body camera recording function (WEAPON_PISTOL, WEAPON_STUNGUN, etc.) If the body camera will start recording if you activate your emergency lights (supports both ELS and NON-ELS vehicles, must be a valid police vehicle) If the plugin will display notifications on the bottom-left of your screen regarding the operation and activity of the plugin The amount of time in seconds between reminder beeps on the body camera (Default: 120 seconds) Body camera timestamp overlay parameters such as the model number, serial number, UTC offset, and if visible in third person or not Rockstar Editor integration (disabled by default, keep in mind of the following limitations) Recording time: this is dependent on the number of entities around you and how many polygons those entities have (e.g. if you and 20 backup officers are in a shootout with 20 gang members with 10 addon cars exploding in the background, you will not have a lot of recording time) Addendum to the above, recordings are in clips, assuming you run out of recording time, rockstar editor will record another seperate clip, they may not be fused together perfectly, and this will be more apparent the shorter your recording time Rockstar editor usage is restricted in some areas (e.g. Fort Zancudo and the surrounding area, due to GTA Online protections) Your own storage space and hardware Speed threshold parameter to trigger the Axon Signal Vehicle while emergency lights are activated Delay between the trigger and the activation of the body camera Body camera overlay real-time editor to customize text and logo size, spacing, and position (accessible by RAGE console command AxonSignalOverlayConfigMenu) Several dashcam parameters, whether it is accessible on foot, overlay, toggling the dashcam effect, the serial of both the dashcam and the interior camera, and the dashcam model that appears on the timestamp, offset, position, and FOV (configurable in the real-time editor accessible by RAGE console command AxonSignalOffsetMenu) Hide minimap when viewing dashcam (enabling letterboxing of either the dashcam or interior camera will hide the minimap, regardless of the setting) Whether dashcam or bodycam overlay displays local time with offset or UTC time Enable or disable bodycam animations Enable or disable body camera button sounds Enable or disable dashcam or interior camera letterboxing NEW Enable or disable overlay help messages

    REQUIREMENTS
    A legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V An up-to-date version of RagePluginHook RAGENativeUI (minimum v.1.9.2)  
    INSTALLATION
    1. Unzip the files using WinZip, WinRAR, 7-zip, or any other archive utility.
    2. Drag the files inside the AxonSignal/Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/ folder to the Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins folder and replace when prompted.
        - FOR ADVANCED USERS: If you're upgrading from an older version, check to make sure all new assets, files and parameters in
        the ini are included so you don't have to replace files such as the ini and reconfigure settings, otherwise just replace everything.
        
    3. Read the README.text and configure the AxonSignal.ini settings to your preferences before seeking support or complaining of a 
    missing feature (SERIOUSLY), I have put my best effort in including all details.
    4. You can load the plugin in two different ways:
        - When in-game and RPH is running, open the console pressing F4 and type "LoadPlugin AxonSignal.dll" without the quotes
        
        OR
        
        - Go the Grand Theft Auto V root folder and edit your startup.rphs file and add AxonSignal.dll
        
    5. RECOMMENDED BUT OPTIONAL: Install the font included in the zip file by simply double clicking it. This will make your bodycam overlay look closer to the real thing.
     
    USER OPERATION
    DOUBLE PRESS  your assigned keybinding (Default: O key) to start the recording operation of the bodycam.
     
    While the recording is in progress, a reminder tone will play at a specified interval (Default: 120 seconds). 
     
    The recording operation of the bodycam can also automatically start by either unholstering any of your selected weapons or activating emergency lights. (parameters customizable in the .ini file)
     
    To stop the recording operation, regardless of how the body camera started recording,  HOLD DOWN  your assigned keybinding for approximately 3 seconds until a prolonged tone sounds signifying that the recording operation of the body camera has stopped.
     
    If you want to toggle the plugin functionality, type 'AxonSignalToggleSystems' in the RAGE console.
     
    To customize the size and position of the text and logo of the overlay, type 'AxonSignalOverlayConfigMenu' in the RAGE console.
     
    To access the dash camera and interior camera, simply cycle through your player views (Default: V key). To view the interior camera, press your look back key (Default: C key) while in dashcam view
     
    The dash camera and interior camera are accessible regardless if you are in a police vehicle or on foot (configurable in the INI).
     
    To customize the positioning, direction, and offset of these cameras, type 'AxonSignalOffsetMenu' in the RAGE console.
     
    AXON SIGNAL OVERLAY STUCK ON SCREEN?
    Type 'AxonSignalResetScreen' to clear any stubborn elements that may be stuck on screen. 
     

     
    These plugins may potentially conflict or cause side effects with Axon Signal:
    Automatic Siren Cutout by Rich*  
    You may still use these plugins, however, it is highly recommended to disable or alter some of the parameters of the plugin.
     
    Automatic Siren Cutout cycles through ELS Stage lighting to turn off the siren upon getting out of the car which may cause an inadvertent activation of the body camera.
    *this can be mitigated by utilizing the new speed threshold feature to prevent inadvertent body camera activation while getting out of the car (assuming the car is not moving at speed while getting out)

    KNOWN AND REPORTED ISSUES
    While browsing through the LSPDFR garage vehicle selection menu, switching vehicles will cause the camera angle set by LSPDFR when viewing vehicles to be reset, allowing camera mouse movement while in the garage which is not intended. Root cause unknown and currently under investigation. Fairly difficult to reproduce. This is a minor bug since it is neither game-breaking nor causing major issues or side effects. No emergency patch release needed. (thanks to @unitedOrange66 for reporting, thanks to @Godalph Games for testing) On rare instances, hiding the minimap when switching to dashcam view may fail or minimap may render on screen anytime while in dashcam view even if enabled, attempting to investigate and reproduce the bug. Minor bug, no emergency patch release needed. (thanks to @Godalph Games for reporting) Emergency lights or other bright light sources in-game can cause the screen to significantly darken, or in the case of rapidly flashing emergency lights: "flickering occurs". Cause and frequency of occurrence unknown. Investigating. Some graphics mods (reportedly NaturalVision Evolved or NVE) can cause the dashcam effect even if enabled not to render. It is suspected that some graphics mods disable some or all timecycle effects. Considering an alternate solution of rendering a transparent image file on screen instead to replace dashcam effect. Not tested as I personally do not use or have NaturalVision Evolved.  
    FIXED ISSUES
     
     

    If you are having issues with this plugin specifically, please do NOT seek support in your usual LSPDFR support Discord servers as they do not know anything and will not be able to effectively help you. I highly encourage you to join my Discord below or post your issue in the comments section. I need feedback and bug reports to continually improve this plugin.

    This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
     
     
    **WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
     
    **WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
     
    **RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History.  So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
     
    **DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated,  DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
     
    **(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
    To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

AGS changes the fundamental relationship between you and your patrol vehicle.     AGS requires a dlc to be loaded, the download includes both the LML package and manual installation.

    CUSTOM SKIN DESIGN: THE RIGID SPECIFICATIONS

    AGS uses a high-performance, stack-based rendering engine. Unlike generic HUD mods, AGS does not handle per-layer offsets. To ensure your skin renders correctly, you must adhere to the following hardcoded architectural rules.

    1. The Square Canvas Rule

    Dimensions: All textures must be designed on a perfectly square canvas (e.g., 512x512).

    The Center-Point: The engine draws every layer at the exact same coordinates and rotates the needle around the absolute center of the square (256, 256).
    Centering: You must center your gauge face and the "pin" of your needle perfectly in your image editor. The code will not reposition them for you.

    2. Hardcoded Texture Naming
    The TextureResolver assembles names based on the Gauge Type, Layer Name, and optional Suffixes (Unit/Time). Inside your .ytd, your textures must match these Base Names:

    3. Naming Assembly & Fallbacks

    The TextureResolver generates names using a PREFIX_BASENAME_SUFFIX pattern.
    Prefixes: Automatically added based on the gauge (SPEEDO_, FUEL_, TURBO_, OIL_, TEMP_).
    Suffixes: * _KMH or _MPH are appended for NUMBERS and LABEL layers based on user settings.
    _NIGHT is appended to all primary layers when the headlights are on.
    Logic: If SPEEDO_NUMBERS_KMH_NIGHT is missing, the resolver falls back to SPEEDO_NUMBERS_KMH, then to the base SPEEDO_NUMBERS.


    4. Speedometer Calibration
    Linear: Standard rotation (e.g., 1 degree per 1 MPH).
    Non-Linear: For realistic police cruisers, you can define degree-per-unit SpeedMaps in the configuration. This allows the needle to point accurately even if the spacing between your elements on the NUMBERS/LINES are uneven.

    5. Technical Design Tips
    Resizing Artifacts: Stick to 512x512. Using larger textures causes the engine to downsample the image, creating a "shimmering" or blurry effect on the dashboard.
    Color Tinting: Design your NEEDLE, FILL, and LED layers in Grayscale/White. This allows the AGS in-game menu to apply the user's chosen RGB tint to the texture at runtime.
    Layer Toggling (Flags): Use the flags in the config to disable any layer you aren't using (e.g., if your skin doesn't need a REDLINE layer).
