Yes But like I said above, it worked when I deleted the basic EUPFR configuration, but when I put the basic EUPFR back in and overwritten it with your file, it didn't change anything. I like this mod very much, because I also play LAPD in the game. My car and uniform are the same as the real LAPD, so I am trying to solve it.
