    I have a clean install of the game and fresh install of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 7874). I get no little callout menu/screen above or next to my mini map. Callouts work and I can accept jobs by hitting Y. If I run a plate, I get no info unless the plate is clean. I assume plates tied to criminal activity show a message on the callout (no idea since mine isn't working). Also, sometimes, I have to forceduty in console. I have no way to go on/off duty. Holding/pressing E does nothing in terms of switching duty. I tried to attach my ragehook log, but it is too large.
