Features a pretty sweet light pattern and a variety of vehicles to mess around with.
Been working on this for about a month or two now so I hope you enjoy.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Then in the DLC folder, Drag and drop the "lspd legacy pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/lspd legacy pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Hello! I'm back with another livery pack, this time a fictionalized, mostly generic lore-friendly pack using a set of really amazing ELS lore-friendly/vanilla vehicles. That's right, for you ELS users and lore-friendly vehicle lovers, this pack is just for you! Sadly, this does mark the last of my lore-friendly packs for a while, since I'm itching to texture some real vehicles now. In any case, I hope you enjoy!  
Just a little bit about the pack - it is not based on any particular area or set of agencies, since I felt like doing something more original. They may have been inspired by a variety of agencies while I was doing research for this pack, but not anything in particular - just the stuff I liked!

Q: How do I install these textures? A: I have included both written and visual instructions to show how to install them. Beyond that, I would recommend looking up some YouTube tutorials for more general instructions.  
Q: I want the lights like in your screenshots. How do I get them? A: The lighting textures are included in the "Misc. Textures" folder. See the readme for more information.  
Q: Will you be updating this pack? A: I will not be updating this pack any further, unfortunately. Motivation for this pack has all but dried up, but I have been inspired to make a new, realism based pack using real vehicles. If you want to see that as I work on it, follow my profile and watch for album posts! I always post development updates on the gallery!

Welcome to my absolutely awful CHP 2014 Tahoe. This was not initially meant for release, I was simply making this for private use in my LSPDFR but after a couple requests I am releasing it.
 
This is not a 1:1 model, as 1, I simply do not care enough considering I made it for only me anyway, and 2, I lack the parts e.g. wheels to make it accurate. Yes, the livery is also slightly wrong, as the top part of the door isn't white IRL, if you care that much, fix it yourself 🙂.

Dalmatian Ped FiveM Addon & Singleplayer Ready!
 
Made this as I couldn’t find a nice dalmatian ped around! Tried to make it look as realstic as possible in game, so it has good shaders based on the husky ped. It works with all of the a_c_rottweiler animations. You can spawn it either in FiveM with the spawn name a_c_dalmatian or replace the husky ped in singleplayer.
It includes a collar and bandana! I will update in the future, at the moment he has mouth rigging but no eye rigging. I’m working on it!

Future updates - Working towards a fully kitted out fire K9. Hat, booties, glasses etc. Will be updating frequently.

Switch the ones showing Color = "Red" to Color = "Blue.

Here is an LSPD Livery I made up for my game and decided to share. It is made for vehicles from Ripple's Valor pack, Ripple's Liberty pack, and Redneck's Whelen pack, but should work on a lot more. Each sedan in this pack has at least 2 patrol units, each suv/pickup has at least 1 patrol unit and 1 supervisor unit, and various vehicles have K-9 units.

Hello LSPDFR players! Today I am releasing my SUPER simple speed radar system. After looking around, I couldn't find one that I really liked anymore and decided to come up with something on my own. My personal favorite speed radar system was Albo1125's system that came with Traffic Policer, but due to it being outdated doesn't work anymore. That being said, I created my own spin off of it.

Customization File with the following: Window positions Marker Size Fast Speed Enable/Disable Speeding Vehicle Blip Control keys Speed Lock - Will lock a speeding vehicle for 60 seconds or until a faster moving vehicle is picked up by the radar. Following features will happen when a vehicle exceeds the fast speed in the customization file The vehicle will be blipped on your radar (can be toggled in the customization file) The vehicle model, plate number, and speed will be locked in a separate window Moveable marker to be placed in your desired position In Game Menu to edit following settings: Window positions Marker size Fast Speed Lock Time

OSHP Themed Mini Pack
     This release features a 18 charger and 18 Tahoe in the style of Ohio State Highway patrol. While most things are accurate please keep in mind that the goal was not a 1 to 1 creation so you may see some things are not exactly as OSHP. Some things have been changed due to lack of references, parts availabe, and creative liberty. All in all I still think this pack captures the OSHP vibe without being 1 to 1. I wanted to create more cohesion with my departments, so I put this together, to be a believable lore-friendly companion department to my SAHP livery pack I'd already done. I decided to re-do any of my state liveries to incorporate the diagonal color slash down the front doors with the department shield in the center. I'm working on a State Parks pack, as well as a small Capitol Police pack to complete the design theme. I also put for some of the older vehicles an "older" livery to show an in-universe transition between liveries, so that's why the late 90's and 00's vehicles have different liveries.

Sounds like something the LSPD would say right? In fact, the LSPD and NCPD may have quite a lot in common... For that reason, I wanted to make liveries inspired by Night City's Police Department to enhance my LSPDFR experience.
And today I'm sharing those preems liveries with you! 
 
I might make sheriff and state trooper liveries inspired by Cyberpunk or other games as well, stay tuned!

To my great surprise, there is very little Cyberpunk content out there for GTAV.
 
But today, that changes with the new NCPD sirens, using both old and new tones from the game.
 
The airhorn, main tone and "yelp" are from older versions of the game, and the other tone is the new police horn.
I chose not to bother doing the new siren as I really don't like it.
