2014 California Highway Patrol Chevy Tahoe [FiveM/SP/DLS] 1.0

DISCLAIMER CALIFORNIA EXPERTS: This is not, and is not meant to be 1:1 to the real thing. Do not comment "x is wrong" expecting it to change, nothing will be done to make it more accurate. This is both because I lack the models to do so, or do not have enough reference. Thank you.

Welcome to my absolutely awful CHP 2014 Tahoe. This was not initially meant for release, I was simply making this for private use in my LSPDFR but after a couple requests I am releasing it.

This is not a 1:1 model, as 1, I simply do not care enough considering I made it for only me anyway, and 2, I lack the parts e.g. wheels to make it accurate. Yes, the livery is also slightly wrong, as the top part of the door isn't white IRL, if you care that much, fix it yourself 🙂.

Big thanks to @LimeGuy36 for providing both the DLS config and the Single Player DLC for the Tahoe.

Below is a video from Lime demoing the DLS patterns:

TA is 1 module too long and wheels should be different, but overall looks good

CHP fleet ops begs to differ, I looked at plenty of refence and the 2014 has 8 modules on the rear bar instead of the usual 7. I also questioned it when I saw it had 8 in the pictures because it's unusual but they did it I guess.

As for wheels, yes, I am aware. In order to get the correct wheels I need I would have to get Steve's edits to the Tahoe as well, which requires I buy GM's $110 Tahoe first and I do not have the money to do that right now.

Below is the 8 module TA bar:

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, wheel, tire, transport, outdoor, text, motor vehicle, bumper, vehicle registration plate, sport utility vehicle, auto part, automotive exterior, compact sport utility vehicle, automotive tail & brake light, minivan, crossover suv, fender, family car, automotive tire, hardtop, road, mini mpv, hatchback, automotive side marker light, automotive luggage rack, rim, nissan, mini suv, roof rack, compact mpv, automotive parking light, automotive carrying rack, mitsubishi, general motors, car, suv, police, van, parked

This is so perfect for what I needed for the convoy version!! If only it had the other wheels. Does the 14 not have antennas? Either way thank you so so much for making this model. Is there any chance of the below being made? Ive never seen anyone make it before.

Thank you!

Unfortunately in order to get the correct wheels, I need to get Steve's edits to the base model. He uses GeorgieMoon's textures, so I'd have to buy his 2015-20 Tahoe for $110 first, and I don't have the money for that right now.

Also, the 2014 Tahoe does have antennas, I just don't have the models for them.

And I doubt I'll make the lightbar version. I was going to attempt it originally, and I'd love to have it, but you have no idea how much of a pain it is to set up a CHP lightbar with non-els, sorry.

Ah man its okay, I made some simple little texture edits to your black ones to make them have the same one as the lightbar one since its a little closer to irl. Once again thank you for releasing this in the first place and for your reply.

Maybe in the future an update with antennas would be super cool and a laptop or something! 😄

Heres a screenshot of a livery and the wheel edits. Have a great day 🙂
