  1. Living in NY, I wanted to clarify this. Emergency Service vehicles are allowed only ONE forward-facing blue light, and that light must be dimmer than the other lights. Volunteer firefighters are only allowed to have blue lights on their vehicles.
  2. Dang kevin, your eyes are better than mine. I didn't even know there was another version of the Excalibur like that lol.
  3. Sadly, from the Elder Scrolls Wiki: If you were playing it on the PC, you could use a console command to rez him, but that only exists on the PC.
  4. The close-up lightbar in the first picture is a Code 3 Excalibur. With the other two, I can't tell, from the distance it kinda looks more like a Code 3 MX-7000, but given the distance and the viewing angle, I find it really hard to tell.
  5. The lighting files are: emerglights.png (For the glass, and light-head textures) emerglights_emis.png (For the actual light color) I don't know what he used for the skin texture, name-wise. It shouldn't be hard to find, as it will be large, mostly blue, and look like an MSP car.
  6. Pretty sure Skype didn't have anything to do with your mouse... Anyway, I don't know what the problem was. I installed Skype myself earlier, and everything is fine. Are you sure you got the real Skype, and not some sort of fake one? Other than that, dunno what to tell you.
  7. lol That sure is interesting. Try running an Anti-Virus and Anti-malware scan.
  8. I gotta go with my local Sheriff's office CVPI. They have three different liveries, depending on the age of the vehicle (they've changed twice in the past 2-3 years). Old: Newer: The newest version is almost identical to the newer one, except the black is changed back to red for the "stripe thing." Can't find a picture of it right now.

  10. I made a Walking Dead CVPI skin some time ago, along with the light bar textures, using "CVPI_V5.8E-ELS." I think its a Bxbugs car, but I cant remember. If I remember later, I can post screenshots of it if you want.
  11. Oooooh That part. Gotcha.
  12. Ah, so you mean the grill?
  13. Lookin' good. I like that template better than the old ones. Do you mind telling us what the 'Other' section of the template is for?
  14. I'm not saying that both parties wont get in trouble, but there may be a chance that the aggressor may get punished a little more. Then again, maybe not. It depends on the area, the rules, etc. This is all pretty much theothetical anyways. Also, this should only be a last resort anyways.
  15. *If* you do fight it out, make sure he takes the first swing. That is all.
  16. Hm. When you first moved everything over to the new case (like the look btw ), did you play any games shortly after? Was the FPS normal then, or was it low?
  17. Here are two things that you should do right off: 1) Open your computer case and check for dust. Use compressed air on the fans/hardware 2) Restart the computer.

  19. Yeah, one thing about disk drives... They don't always last as long as the other parts in a computer lol. Luckily, they're pretty cheap.
  20. Is there a texture mapped to the non-ELS light rotators? I know that the lit face is mapped to the emerglights.png (in a modded vehicle), but I want to know if the other, curved, face is mapped anywhere.
  21. I was afraid of that. Though I would still be interested in what it's for; I always wondered that lol. As an afterthought, if anyone has any ideas on how to get the glass in-game to look similar to the one in the link in the first post, I would be very appreciative. So far, what I have looks a little like frosted glass.
  22. I'm currently playing around with the textures for one of Lt.Caine's old cars with a non-ELS MX7000 lightbar, and I finally decided to ask if anyone knows what the thing in my attached picture is for. What I am talking about is outlined in red. I would like to get something close to this, but I am not very optimistic about the end result.
  23. Hey guys, is the fighting and name-calling really necessary? He got his answer, no more need to discuss it.
  24. Sure, they'll all work. Unlike other PC hardware, things like speakers, headsets, and mics will work on any system. The only difference is the feel of them, as well as the sound quality. If you're looking for a headset, what do you plan to use it for? (If it's just for GTA 4, sound quality doesn't matter so much, but for games like CoD, you want a good quality headset.)
