I figured out why, Ultimate Backup and Stop the Ped has an update which adds a brand new flashlight functionality native to STP. That’s what was throwing the switch for PWF. Even though I haven’t updated those two yet, somehow it was causing it to crash. I updated UB and STP and I have all the functionality of PWF plus some, and no crashes.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.
 
Also; don't use Arrest Manager or SearchVehiclePlugin.

PoliceSmartRadio and Arrest Manger are crashing your game.
 
Remove Arrest Manager.

Persistent Weapon Flashlight caused the crash. I have no idea why, there were no clues in my log, but I took it out and the game works perfectly.

If you go into your lspdfr.ini, inside the lspd folder, you can add the following lines to change the previous suspect encounters.
(Don't include he "quotation marks")
 
"Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = True"   -This will disable the encounters all together
 
"Ambient.EscapedSuspectEncounterInterval = 45000"   -This changes how often you will encounter a previous suspect in milliseconds. So the default 45000 is 45 seconds.

I've tried this a number of different ways, changing from yes to no or no to yes, applying changes every which way, it just doesn't seem like this feature works for me at all? Not a big deal, but I'm getting a little tired of traffic going insane during a routine stop.

I just logged out of a quick session and wanted to post this same question.

I too have same problem it say's the activation key is Space Bar but it does sweet absolutely nothing for me.

When i launch it, it gets stuck on waiting for game window for about 5 minutes, then the game opens up and shows a black screen for a few seconds then crashes. i've followed the installation and it still doesn't work, i've tried manual and automatic install but nothings working, ive also got a fresh install of gta so it cant be because of other mods.
 

Strange... they remove these mod : ultimate backups and stop the ped from the site... weird

I honestly would love to stay connected, most of the people in this thread have great personality's. (well from what I know and seen)

to everyone here please stay connected after release as we all probably wanna hear your daily routines and moments that have happened
if there will be no forum started I might open my own
within there-there will be video links pictures at a decent resolution, story writing can be added to the video or picture
(If the file size becomes an issue on this website then I have a fix for that tough)
 
I cannot wait for this release I have waited patiently long enough especially after that rumour of it being today
but if the rumours are not true of it being released today then the reality of it must be greater then I could have imagined and so we all must be patient
and stay respectful for the efforts they put into this
