Small Problem, I Only see taxis and police cars when I drive around, is it a bug or is this something that I changed? I set Vehicle Density to 70 and its all just taxis, no cars.

    To directly answer your question... GTA hates modded cars. It defaults to loading only taxis after its resource pool is getting filled.

    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\grand theft auto iv\scripts

    (Open up "Computer" in the start menu. Click an empty space on the bar at the top of the computer window and enter that).

    Copy those two files (trafficflow.net.dll and trafficflow.ini) in there.
