I have decided i'm not gonna make any winnipeg police textures and just move onto something different, i haven't seen any textures for the LSPD,SFPD or LVPD as well as the sheriff's department, so i'm going to make a variety of each while trying to finish up the cvpi i've been making, hopefully gonna start them within a week or so if i can find time.

Tha's right, i've ALWAY's loved car's with that lightbar installed on them. i've already got the rambar and lightbar installed, i would have gotten cvpi wheel's but the DL section on GPM was down for a long time.

Import the car via SparkIV, scroll down too the car you just imported it should be highlighted in blue, click the wtd file, in the upper right hand click the edit button, you will see a bunch of stuff look for police sign 1 police sign 2 police 3 police sign 4, click in the upper left corner import texture, import the texture you downloaded, click save and close in the upper right hand, then rebuild and save and your done :)

the PD in my city are pretty good for the most part, but they slip up sometimes, just last month an HRP officer crashed his cruiser while driving under the influence of prescribed narcotic's, i had an officer once ask me if was 12 cause i asked him if he could turn his light's on for me :D (i was pretty tanked)

Well, i am going to be finishing my first Crown Vic complete with a go rhino pushbar and a Whelen Edge Series 9000 lightbar, i started it a few month's ago and pretty much gave up cause the difficulties with zmodeler and not being able to understand it, so hopefully will have some sort of release in a few week's :)

I think it would be surreal too actually meet one, i've only seen them in movies :P been through New York State though :), i couldn't imagine the stress they go through, i would rather meet an NYPD officer ( and be shitting my pant's) then meet Method Man :D lol

Haliax Regional Police ALWAY'S carry arrogance with them, let it 1 week on the job or 10 years BUT the law out here has a special detective team can't remember what it's called but they specialize in investigating RCMP and HRP, the only province in canada that does it, i believe, too be completely honest i would probably be scared shitless to talk too an NYPD or LAPD officer, i think canadian police are tough, cities 20x larger then Halifax :O
