whever i upload video's to my computer, i can't do anything with it, the video has a small film and music sign beside it and i cannot watch it, also where do i find the thumbnail pics from in-game?

Makes me wonder if he will make ELS V7 and leave it will the same bugs as V6, guess we will wait and see, still got a few month's yet.

you can just rename a downloaded file to whatever police vehicle you want to mod, or you can just download different ones, as for the uniform textures when you download they are ready to be imported, make sure you run SparIV as admin or it will crash, open component peds in cdi images and locate the cop wtd file, click edit on the right side, it'll open another page, that has your uniform in there, click on the one you want to edit, import your downloaded texture(s) wait a sec for it to show up then click save and close on the right side, rebuild and save and your done :) as for "exciting mods" i would recommend, Criminal acts mod, hell even get a tsunami mod, it's just a water tweak makes the waves higher, you see cars flying around and whatnot lol, indicator mod you can use your 4 ways, turn signals and turns your headlights off, or area livery mod it restricts certain livery's to certain parts of the city, they can be found on this site

1) just the modded car slot will have the car unless you mod all police vehicles 2) you are an LCPD officer with the LCPDFR mod so yes you have a uniform 3)you ge the original LCPD uniforms but you can download some 4)explain by preset 5)no you don't it comes with the mod, but there are tons of other script mods to make the game more exciting 6)LCPDFR 100%, lot's of people like to you police vehicles from there own city, same for uniforms, traffic flow mod also get yourself the G17 Diagnostics tool 7) if you need help installing them i would be more then happy to walk you through it :) EDIT: damn, tango beat me too it :P

want to change your engine sound you say? open vehicles. IDE scroll down change the 5th line example police police car POLICE POLICE change the blue one to admiral (it sounds like the crown vic) then good to go :)

Pretty sure i just uhemed LOL love the RCMP, but where did you find the undercover? like the shotgun too, damn, this video has a ton of sexiness in it :D

I don't know if anybody mentioned to just ELS enable the stretch, frankly i'm too tired too read it all lol so just enable els for the stretch, it won't be a police vehicle though, the lights will just flash :) copy and paste the police and all the number's underneath the very last vehicle, erase police and type in stretch :)

run a diagnostic's, or your scripts are not compatible with EFLC, i had the same problem so i started using IV instead of EFLC

hmmm i had that same issue before, try deleting your save game and restarting, i can't remember exactly what to do, it was so long ago

First what you do after you download is save to desktop the picture will show up on your desktop open sparkiv, open the wtd file, scroll down to police sign 1, 2, 3, 4, click import texture, wait a couple seconds for the skin to appear click save and close, then rebuild and save
