for ELS you will need the asi script from GTApolicemods, but i think the site is down again, and you also need ELS enabled vehicles, what they are is vehicles specifically made for ELS, and light enhancing mod's like Radiance or Luminescense are for making your light's look brighter and more realistic.

From my few visit's in the fine country of the US of A, i have noticed they have security in Marked Vehicles WITH SIDEARM'S, that worries me, cause they have rank patches, patrol in marked i guess you could say police cruiser's,, the only marked and ARMED security we have is Securicars, we have Paladin Security, Securitas, Parking Enforcement (which should be armed with the BS they deal with) Commissionaires, i REALLY don't like commissionaires Sagittarious Security i believe is former Military and Police Officer's, but none mentioned have any real police power's, and from what i know, Canada doesn't have "private security", the only real form of armed security patrol in Canada is the RCMP, which are into every aspect of Policing (Security) and are often used as Security, although much bigger on the West Coast (Vancouver) they have very small restricted jurisdiction, considering their role in Security and Policing, who know's, maybe it's because the reputation they have.. A Security Guard Has designated patrol's like a police officer but the difference being, a cop has more jurisdiction then a mall or small business,

I wouldn't personally own a smart car, i see people on a daily basis driving on the highway with them, that is my MAIN concern for owning a smart car, in the city, okay, i could handle that, but not on the highway at those speed's, they scare the shit out of me

updating your computer is another option, this game is just ridiculous to run, let alone put mod's in it.

Even with the amount of sales they brought in with the CVPI's after the announcement, there has to be a different reason why they would just stop making the iconic most known police intereceptor out there, although even ghost crown vic's aern't ghost crown vic's. other then that, it really makes no sense, especially coming straight from a car manufacturing factory, that can put anything in a vehicle, look at the smart car, the dumbest car ever put on the road...

@Dhruv, is the utility truck ELS enabled? @nat, don't get me wrong, i like lot's of light's, however, if i saw that truck coming up behind me, i would be wondering if i need to pull over or move out of the way lol

But so is the Crown Vic, it's also a luxury car, it's the exact same body, in my opinion, if they can make an Impala a police vehicle, they could make this happen, it would be kind of like keeping Crown Vic alive except. Hmm i have had this rolling around in my head for like a month, the comparison of the Ford Crown Victoria and the Mercury Grand Marquis are almost identical, except for the fact it's not ford, but i'm sure Mercury could make it to police spec, could it not? check out the comparison of a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria and a 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis vvv

Agreed with Eggowaffles, a civillian version in my opinion wouldn't be bad, it is a nice car, but some car's are just not meant to be beat unit's, just like when they brought back the Charger, since when is Charger a family car? they look good, but they were not originally designed as a family car.. Crown Vic has ALWAYS maintained the same shape and has always been 4 door's, and it has alway's looked hella professional puttin down the road ( and cause it's a ford) the RCMP are pretty loyal Crown Vic user's, but they have a wide array of vehicle's ranging from Dodge Charger's, Silverado's, Tahoe's and Crown Vic's. I will cry if this Impala is made into a police version with RCMP decals on it :sad:

That's a Slicktop, i'm looking for one with a Whelen Liberty or some kind of lightbar, as for the Savanna, i would LOVE too see it as a police version, however, i don't want to bother modeler's with request's, as i'm sure alot of them get spammed with request's. I'm talking about both the SUV and the Patty Wagon, i think EVI (Yakadafi) only made slicktop SUV's and the Patty wagon's that are made are modified van's from the game.

I think it would be strange to not put planes in, seeing as planes were used in the main story line in SA.

@ Tom H, that's kinda what i thought. I really want it lol would be cool if it had it's own script like ELS with different flash pattern's, and the intensity of the environment light's ranging from realistic (probably the lowest value) to unrealistic (i'm gonna max this out and have an epileptic ceizure in the process)

It really wouldn't surprise me if they put hint's in other games, they did it with San Andreas, i'm leaning more towards Hype not a career ender.

I have a whole RCMP pack just sitting in my mod folder's including an RCMP uniform i edited myself, but i meant the police savanna and the expedition, as for the RCMP car in the video, i have that also :P there is also this vehicle the forensic's unit: [media=] (which i get a kick out of whenever i see it, cause i towed his son's car for outstanding parking ticket's)
