I say declare martial law let the national guard come in and bust heads. See how fast people would beg for "racist" cops to return. As for the probes, I can go to any ethnicity and ask " have you been stopped by the police? Did you feel hastled by it? Was the officers discourdaice in any way shape or form?" If they answer yes to any of my questions I can show that the police are biased towards them. I guarentee if I was to ask 100 people of any ethnicity the majority could be used as a statistic to achieve any outcome I want.

Being a cop is more than gunfights and footchases. Its report taking, non-emergency calls, its investigation(not as in depth as detectives but still) How about a script that does that? Like reports of vandalism, or a security guard who has arrested someone, or is trying to make someone leave the area. Respond to a crime scene, secure it and conduct a primary investigation (look for weapons or evidence, talk to witnesses, canvas areas)
