Ive considered changing to the no ropes model after grappling a vehicle, I might make it a ini option in a future update. The shadows I cant do anything about though, its just how the model is, it needs some form of collision which causes shadows

That sounds like lspdfr itself. Go to the lspdfr ini inside the lspdfr folder in your directory and look for a setting that mentions escaped suspect encounter and make sure its disabled

Just use the SpawnGrappler again, theres no real way to fix/clean the prop afaik

Im a little confused with your issue, the plugin is set up for only one grappler to be spawned in at a time. If you switch vehicles, make sure you first reset the rope by hitting the deploy key again, then once in the new vehicle type in the command to spawn the grappler again and it will attach to your new vehicle and you can configure its offset if needed
