Installation: 
Once downloaded, unzip to anywhere you want. Now, in OpenIV, go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/", drag and drop folder called "rca" from archive here Go back to "mods/update/". Now, go to "update.rpf/common/data/" and click edit on "dlclist.xml". Add new line: dlcpacks:\rca\ Save.

Now, Its 100% working. Problem was in mapzoomdata file, now I fixed it.

United States Park Rangers have came inot San Andreas. These cars are one of a kind. I bet you never Seen Amber lights beacons on any of LEO cars. They turn off on stage 3 of the lighting but if you press k they can turn back on. Feel free to mess with the ELS configuration yourself.

State Troopers wait and worry no longer, EchoWolf Designs and Serious313  have generously  donated an entirely new look to the State Police force!  From Class A down to Street Crimes all have been revamped from SAHP to the standard San Andreas State Police logo's and colors to match the entirely new State Police Fleet!

This pack WILL replace the Vanilla EUP San Andreas Highway Patrol uniforms. They will respond correctly using Ultimate Backup as long as you are using all required and optional recommendations below.

Joshua Road Remastered! Works for both Single Player & FiveM!
 
This Mod is a must if you patrol the County! This adds so many things to make Sandy Shores alive and more enjoyable to patrol!
 
Vanilla GTA is a little boring when it comes to Joshua Road so I have fixed that. Now Joshua Road has houses and apartments and so much more to explore! All props function the way they are suppose to meaning that the gas pumps and tanks at the gas station explode when you shoot or crash into them, lights fall over and spark when knocked into, pipes under the fire hydrates release water when toppled over , signs and other props like chairs, mail boxes, fences, garbage bins etc. have proper collisions and act the way they are suppose to. People will spawn in their back and front yards sitting on chairs enjoying a cold beverage. The food trucks and food stands have people cooking and people enjoying a nice meal.

Police SmartController For Elgato Stream Deck | v3.0

Import instructions.

1. Open up the Stream Deck Software
2. Press the Preferences Gear and when the Preferences Window will pop up.
3. Choose the banner called "Profiles"
4. Now you see all your current profiles. Under them there is a " + - "  and a small downarrow to the right - press it and choose IMPORT
5. Import the file retained in this archive: " Police SmartController.streamDeckProfile "
6. Choose the new Profile "Police SmartController"

Now you should be greeted with the SmartController button on the center of your Stream Deck.

I found that some of the default binds are interferring with default GTA keys - so i recommend to change some of them.
