    1.Reinstall Ultimate backup, You are missing localization.ini for ultimate backup
    2. Since ultimate backup comes with outdated RNUI,
    Update RageNativeUI
    Put RageNativeUI.dll and .xml into your root GTA V folder.

    Yes if you have custom cars you cannot just spam backup keep it to 3-4 units

    You seem to be missing LSPDFR files try using the manual installation of LSPDFR and reinstall.

    Did you edit specialunits.xml recently?
    If so check if you repeated a unit
     
    If not rename plugins/lspdfr to _lspdfr and see if you still get this error
