LSPDFR is crashing whenever I go on duty

I am able to load in perfectly fine. The problem only occurs when I try to go on duty or if i'm already on duty when the game loads. I ReloadALLPlugins but whenever I go on duty it crashes. I'm new to modding and I can't tell what exactly is causing the crashes.

Update your RageNativeUI

Put RageNativeUI.dll and .xml into your root GTA V folder.
