I launch RAGE and ill get onto the loading screen and then after about 30secodns or so, itll crash. i have tried to load up GTAV by itself and it has also crashed, however before i installed LSPDFR and all my plugins etc, GTAV would work just fine without any issues.

Rename mods to _mods and try again.
