LSPD Plugin Constantly Crashing

I've had LSPDFR for a couple months now, ever since I got my PC. This just started happening within the last month. GTAV doesn't seem to crash, but LSPDFR crashes almost every ten minutes. Is there any fix? (V4.9)

Remove Chill Callouts and computer Plus as they are outdated
