Appears to happen after changing GTA IV Files :S

Okay, Now it's happening more and more often and I'm becomming scared... Ofte when starting my game it loads then it says. Loading - Smackdown (the mission i'm on) and the music plays... Now it would stand there and load and load and load... I have to force the game shut and try again... Sometimes it takes up to four times, Before the load actually does complete... What's causing this? I'm getting scared as it's happening more and more often.

Hey Guys. I've done some testing around Traffic Flow, and I found a small bug. I've also double checked that my mods or configurations werent causing the issue. First I thought the bug was created by me changing the handling of the POLPAT as changing those might conflict other vehicles but no. I reinstalled and tested with just Traffic flow without anything else and the bug is there. It's not much of a bug, As it does not affect gameplay it's just really annoying when you start to notice it. Well when you see a big vehicle, For example: Bus Biff Yankee Mule Steed Flatbed You may notice that always the Right rear wheel is floating outside the vehicle, When you approach it you will see the vehicle sink a bit as it's dropped. This is because I belive that vehicles that are far away are not driving, But hovering with stiff wheels over the road and when you approach them the wheels start to rotate and the vehicle drops down onto the road, It's not very visible tho but on trucks it is because you clearly see them drop and the wheels pop inplace. Kinda hard to explain really so I posted some pictures, The wheels are proper when your near tho. As said earlier this bug only happens on Vehicles that Traffic flow feeds into the games memory, The Trashmaster does not hold this bug nor does the trucks that are near Port Tudor. So this means it only happens on Trucks that spawns outside of their original places, Because trucks that spawn near Port Tudor does not hold the glitch, Nor does the Buses inside the Airport, But those on the outside do. Do anyone hold a potentional fix for this issue? It's not big but when you notice it, It's getting rather annoying. lol

The original textures for Streets, Roads and Highways in Grand Theft Auto IV is very poorly done in my opinion. Some of the roads looks shitold, No lane markings or anything..Just grey flat with potholes and paper cups floating around. I've only found one road texture for download made by Fenus 5 or something like that, But it's incomplete and it's view distance is pretty much not correct, Meaning far away it looks like a highway but when you approach it it's a normal road. Do anyone have or know about any GOOD road textures? That mostly covers entire or most parts of Liberty City? Thanks in advace! -Storm

Hmmm.. I'm not so sure about AMD and your graphics card, But It looks like you could even play it on high. I have the followings mods: Traffic Flow v5. Dash Cam Mod made by Sniper. Nice Tree mods (Gives the tree's a greener look as they look dead in GTA IV) Fonas Road Texture map (Looking for a better one tho. Any suggestions?) Retexturing of LCPD Patrol and cruiser to give them the old Blue and white LCPD Scheme. (Old NYPD look) NOOSE Patriot replaced with a Speedo Van in the blue and white scheme. NOOSE Cruiser replaced with a MiniVan in the blue and white scheme. Retexture of the LC Bus, Giving it the NY Blue and white color with LTA Logoes on. Some mod that added more lights to the firetruck changing it's texture still FDLC tho. Ambulace retexture and new lights, Now saying FDLC on it. My mods are posted in the Gallery! All my vehicle mods are made by Lt Caine.

In Norway we have "Kripos" They can't handle much and normally drop cases and hide in secret offices around town and say they are overworked.

Normal patrol vehicle used all over Norway, However it's rare that the Police patrols, Except in major cities. Command Vehicle. Normal patrol van, The most common patrolling police vehicle in Oslo, My countries capital. "S.W.A.T." Vehicle, It's not really S.W.A.T. But the same thing. They also use it in unmarked black color. Riot Police, They are normally old vans that has been equipped with bars on the front and rear lights, Windows and the lightbars on the top. I'm unsure why they have the letter G on the side tho.

What exactly do you need help with? - GTA IV Itself? - Moding? - Installing LCPDFR? Please note as I am aware of we only assist with legal copies of Grand Theft Auto IV. Also are you good within computers? Like modding games etc? Tell me what you need help with and I can try to assist, Even tho I myself are also a bit new to this. But I managed to install LCPDFR and mods so I guess I can assist you also.

Why not install the game again on different location. Then move the files you need from the newly install over to the old install. Then remove the newer installation again. It would be like...Downloading the files you needed, Just with the rest of the game. lol
