There’s no indication of a LSPDFR crash. However, your EUP menu plug-in is missing a folder.

It’s a false positive.

Unless you backed up your files, you’ll have to wait until LSPDFR/RPH updated. 

Grab the RageNativeUI.dll from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases.

LSPDFR Plugins are supposed to be in Plugins\LSPDFR\
 
Usually it’s enough to drag the plugins folder from your downloaded file into your main directory and the files will sort themselves. 

Rename mods to _mods and retry.

From your log:

I don’t speak what appears to be Polish but it might be saying you’re missing the file mentioned above (CalloutInterfaceAPI). Grab it from the plugins download archive and place it in your main GTA V directory.

Update RageNativeUI by downloading it from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases. Drag the DLL into your main directory.
 
If you still crash after doing that, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Rename mods to _mods and try again. If that helped, make sure you have a heap and pack file limit adjuster installed as well as a gameconfig.

There used to be a mod called No Officer Profanity, but the uploader has since deactivated his account. 
I also found this. Maybe it still works?
 

It sounds like you had additional config files installed with add more station markers on the map. By updating LSPDFR, your probably replaced your lspdfr folder with the one provided in the download archive causing to overwrite your xmls.

Remove Chill Callouts.

I mean if it’s the mods folder, I don’t see how SHVDN, SHV or anything else could’ve caused this. You’re probably better off deleting your mods folder and starting a fresh one.

Delete Chill Callouts. 

It’s definitely coming from one of your LSPDFR Plugins. The log sadly doesn’t specify which one it is though. 
Try removing a few temporarily which you think alter driving behaviour and could potentially cause a problem. Maybe NFS Callout pack?

The issue is somewhere in your mods folder then. Revert recent changes or create a new mods folder.

Rename mods to _mods, please. Then retry launching with RPH.

As for the SHV error:
 
Delete the AdvancedHookV dll file from your main directory. Go to the ELS download page and download the advanced hook file that’s separate to the ELS download. 
 
 
As for your RPH log:
 
Delete PoliceSmartRadio and Traffic Policer, update Deadly weapons and super callouts. Install PyroCommon (comes with SuperCallouts) and Newtonsoft.json (comes with ransom ambience).
 
 

Download the manual archive and place alkl files except the lowercase lspdfr folder in your main directory.

Perform a clean reinstall of More Radio Chatter.

The issue seems to be related to your mods folder then. Revert recent changes or make a new mods folder.

Double check your UltimateBackup.ini. Numpad0 and RCTRL.

Please attach your latest RagePluginHook log file found in your main GTA V directory.

Start RPH and hold shift (alternatively, click the cog icon). Change the displayed number from 10000 to 60000 and retry.
