Usually it’s enough to drag the plugins folder from your downloaded file into your main directory and the files will sort themselves.

I don’t speak what appears to be Polish but it might be saying you’re missing the file mentioned above (CalloutInterfaceAPI). Grab it from the plugins download archive and place it in your main GTA V directory.

If you still crash after doing that, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

By updating LSPDFR, your probably replaced your lspdfr folder with the one provided in the download archive causing to overwrite your xmls.

Try removing a few temporarily which you think alter driving behaviour and could potentially cause a problem. Maybe NFS Callout pack?

Delete the AdvancedHookV dll file from your main directory. Go to the ELS download page and download the advanced hook file that’s separate to the ELS download.
As for your RPH log:
Delete PoliceSmartRadio and Traffic Policer, update Deadly weapons and super callouts. Install PyroCommon (comes with SuperCallouts) and Newtonsoft.json (comes with ransom ambience).
