Your LSPDFR crashes because it's trying to load a car which seems to be invalid. Specifically it's the car with the hash "0xc46b66c2" which is the eurosX32. Revert any recent changes made to this car moel itself or its meta files.

It might be one of your asi scripts if it worked after removing SHV.

Then start GTA V fully into story mode first. Then, alt-tab out of the game and start RPH.
Als,o make sure you added RPH and the GTA V directory as an exception to your antivirus.
Utilise Google to find out how to add an exception to your specific AV software if you are using anything else than windows defender.

Theres no correlation between the in game rank and the website.

I'm not from Turkey, so I can't understand what this says, but you're most likely using an outdated version of RageNativeUI.
Grab the most recent version from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases/latest/

This means a true or false value was most likely misspelt. Double check your Grammar Police configuration folders.
 

There is an issue with an XML file but the log doesn’t specify which one.. it’s at line 192 pos 60. 

There is an issue with your stations_sahp.xml at line 28 pos 1.

Start RPH and hold shift or click on the cog icon. Set the displayed number from 10000 to 60000. Hit save and launch.

FYI, at the time you created your post (8 hours ago), it was 4:00 am. During that time I usually don’t check the forums as thoroughly as during the day.

There’s no indication of a LSPDFR crash. However, your EUP menu plug-in is missing a folder.

It’s a false positive.

Unless you backed up your files, you’ll have to wait until LSPDFR/RPH updated. 

Grab the RageNativeUI.dll from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases.

LSPDFR Plugins are supposed to be in Plugins\LSPDFR\
 
Usually it’s enough to drag the plugins folder from your downloaded file into your main directory and the files will sort themselves. 

Rename mods to _mods and retry.

I don’t speak what appears to be Polish but it might be saying you’re missing the file mentioned above (CalloutInterfaceAPI). Grab it from the plugins download archive and place it in your main GTA V directory.

Update RageNativeUI by downloading it from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases. Drag the DLL into your main directory.
 
If you still crash after doing that, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

There used to be a mod called No Officer Profanity, but the uploader has since deactivated his account. 
I also found this. Maybe it still works?
 

It sounds like you had additional config files installed with add more station markers on the map. By updating LSPDFR, your probably replaced your lspdfr folder with the one provided in the download archive causing to overwrite your xmls.
