While pulling some people over, I noticed that whenever someone has the letter "B" in their name and I press "B," it me to the "Enter Message" screen. This issue persists even when I am not using Ragehook. Please let me know what might causing this. Thank you, and have a great day.

If this happens when not using RPH, I'd suggest looking at the GTA V keybinds. Also, check your scripts folder for any mods possibly causing this.

Maybe try to remove SHV from your directory as well and see if it still pops up.

I thoroughly searched but was unable to locate the "B" button for sending the message I reviewed Script Hook V and Dot Net 3, and I noticed the "Enter Message" prompt. Despite deleting the text, the prompt continued to appear.

Did you remove SHV, start your game and checked again?

For instance, I had assigned the jump action to the "G" key, and even after removing that binding, pressing "G" still triggered the jump action. This is just an example. 

However, I am willing to make an effort.

It functioned properly however, I to my mod menu, Menyoo.

It might be one of your asi scripts if it worked after removing SHV.

Should I include the ASI or exclude them from the process?

well if you want to know whats causing this exactly, you should keep them or gradually remove more if you have a few script mods.

The solution was successful.

However, it removed some of my mods, so which specific mod is causing this issue instead of ASI one?

Well what did you remove before it stopped happening.

The ASI file.

Which files do you have in your scripts folder and which other .asi scripts do you have (menyoo etc.)?

i have menyoo and guess what i just promoted i think

 

 

Check the menyoo keybinds then. It should be caused by that trainer.

It does not mention "enter message" in the menyoo ini file.

Check for anything that is using the key you press when it happens.

The Menyoo ini file does not include any reference " message." I searched thoroughly control/ctrl F, but no of enter message were found the search 0/0.
