Something is telling me that you did in fact not use a clean install as you described. What you saw regarding the scripts folder comes from ScriptHookVDotNet which you should avoid entirely anyways if possible. When un- and reinstalling the game did you uninstall it via the platform you’re owning the game on or did you delete the GTA V folder in the windows file explorer manually? The latter will fully remove every modded file from the install folder whereas the former will simply uninstall the game and keep any third party files. In order to make your game work please restore your directory to a fully clean one and only download the latest manual install of LSPDFR. No matter what the video guide you’re watching says. If we can make that work, then you can continue to do what you are being told when watching the video.

SAHP has no own vehicles. In GTA V they use police4 and the sahp bike. „Policeb“ I believe. If you want cars for that agency, I’d recommend installing an addon pack and changing the spawn names in the LSPDFR data files.

Delete GTA V exe and verify your game files, then reinstall the manual version of LSPDFR (skip the lowercase lspdfr folder). You are running an outdated version of GTA V.

Remove Force a callout and see if that helps. Also, you can update XScanner and megaphone ui.

You’ll have to add both liveries to the vehicle with the proper naming and enable the multiple livery flag in the vehicles meta file. And obviously configure UB and LSPDFR xmls to have the correct livery spawn in the correct zone. Honestly, I’d just rename the car you want to use to work with the sheriff slot and replace the original livery. Spares you editing all the XMLs.

Update XScanner. Something from Khorio is causing a crash, updating to the latest version may help.

Ensure You downloaded the newer version of AdvancedHookV from the ELS download page (It's a separate file and not included with the normal ELS archive. You are using the latest version of ScriptHookV. You are inside a car that you installed an ELS xml and a model for.
