Either use a trainer (Simple Trainer for example) and spawn the cars via the addon cars subsection or press F4 and enter "spawn LSSD7" (without the "").

LSPDFR callout plugins are not designed to work with FiveMs engine. Same goes for any LSPDFR/RPH plugin. What you're looking for is FivePD. Since this is not the website for FiveM, you might have issues finding somebody who can help you. There might be valuable resources on their website or their official discord server.

Upload your latest RagePluginHook.log. It's a text file found in your main directory.

I figured were only talking about stop the ped here, hence why I gave you instructions for the specific plugin. LSPD First Response.dll and .pdb are supposed to be in .\Plugins\ Same with the EUP folder and EupMenu.

You are missing RageNativeUI. Download the latest version here and place the .dll into your main directory.

Es gibt das German Federal EUP von MaxDesigns. Hat alle 16 Bundesländer, BPol, Zoll usw. Da hast du dann auch eine fertige Wardrobe bzw. presets Datei.

It's installed incorrectly. Move it from ./Plugins/ to ./Plugins/LSPDFR/
