Defaultregions.xml. Make all units look like the LSPD ones. Afaik there still need to be units for the other regions set up, however if they look just like your LSPD then you’ll have the same result

You’d have to make edits to the ultimate backup xmls but yes it’s totally possible.

Occasionally you’ll be able to witness a traffic stop performed by a fellow officer. I’ve encountered this quite a few times over the years. I also moved your topic to a more fitting subforum :).

Theres an issue with your DeadlyWeapons config file. Can you show me what the content of it looks like please.

Im pretty sure this is base GTA. Whenever you almost crash with one of the story characters they’ll say some stuff as well. I don’t know a way of disabling that.
