    I have just fixed my issue. I forgot to change text back to what it was supposed to be in the meta.

    I believe windows defender. The computer came with Norton which I've allowed to expire

    No... actually come to think of it, my first crash was RPH only. The game started up as if I had started gta5. When I closed it, RPH had a window up that said "failed to hook game instance". I restarted my computer and tried again multiple times and have had the same crash described above at least a dozen times...

    Windows did an update last night and now my game crashes too. RPH starts, the loading screen starts which says loading story mode with RPH. then it crashes where it would normally start up and load plug-ins
