Hey kyle was wondering about the lcdps clan a few questions............. are you still involved much with them and just dont post videos. and i was wondering if you wanted a dispatcher for lcdps i would do it because i cant get gta 4 to work on my computer :( however i would be a dispatcher if you want

I am still involved however real life has priority over gaming, so I haven't been able to be active recently. And to be a dispatcher you must have a working copy of the game, as the dispatcher is actually in game.

No. Just export the original texture into any photo editing software, and edit it to all black. Then save it, and replace police_signs1, 2, 3, and 4.

I use FRAPS. I honestly don't know the file sizes, but the long upload times may be because of bad internet speeds.
