As the error suggests, you need to update GTAV. To force an update, please delete GTA5.exe & verify your game files.

Hiya! It looks like LSPDFR does not have enough time to load everything. As this might be the case please increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings.

According to that log your RageNativeUI is still outdated. To confirm, please attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory; not your logs folder.
