ScriptHookV is an independent modification - updated by someone else. 🙂 You just need to update it when they update it. Hopefully this answers your question.

Reinstall in what sense? i.e. try installing vehicles or just making a folder called mods.

Albo's are on the old side so I would remove them - everything else looks good!

You can, yes. Unless there were API changes (which is why the older it is, the more risky / unstable it could be) they'll work fine. 🙂

The gameconfig from my understanding needs updating - so the current one will not work. After more research this is not the case.

ASISupport isn't reliable - I wouldn't have confidence the issue is with ELS until ScriptHookV is updated (however, it may work.)

If that is the case, I would attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory.

That's correct, it has not updated.

We would need to see the error but presumably you downloaded RAGE from the website, not the LSPDFR install.

Cyan probably misread the error, you need to update your copy of GTAV. This can be done by deleting GTA5.exe then verifying your game files.
