Delete ScriptHookV + dinput8.dll from your directory. Then reinstall this version: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

Sadly there is no red flag but I believe Yobbin Callouts is causing you issues. Try removing it.

That is a very broad question. Running plugins will inevitibly result in a lower frame rate though it usually isn't a dramatic difference. Feel free to attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory.

Hiya, You have some out of date plugins. I strongly advise you remove them as they can cause crashes and create system instability. They are in bold below: Also increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings. Any questions let me know.

Either your vehicles are taking up too much memory (When they are more than 16mb this can happen) or something in there is broken. If lowering your graphics doesn't help, try removing whatever you've added recently.

Clear the contents of your commandline -> a text document found in your main directory.
