Could you launch GTAV without RAGE until the siren loading screen. Then ALT + TAB out and open RAGE letting it hook. How does that go?

Hiya, First of all rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the texture loss persists As well as, link the pack you installed.

Your police2 model is invalid. Revert all changes made in regards to it 🙂

Then try with your mods folder renamed. Does that work?

Same error. If you've created an exception with Defender you most likely have another AV lurking around. I'd throughly check all your files.
