LSPDFR needs to be installed into your main directory, not just the plugins folder (albeit that is where 2 files are installed.) Once it is installed correctly, attach a screenshot of /plugins for me.

I will need the entire log.

Assorted Callouts seems to require Traffic Policer. However, as Assorted Callouts is out of date, I advise its removal.

Hold up. That is a heck amount of paths; many of which are incorrect. RAGE plugins go in GTAV/Plugins LSPDFR Plugins go in GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR If you restructure it to this and it still doesn't work, let me know.

The website is down. I believe the latest manual install of LSPDFR contains RagePluginHook so you can aquire it there.

That is from your logs folder; I said main directory.

Go to GTAV/plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR I presume the lag reduces?

Well then do the latter.

Reinstall the "lspdfr" folder in your main directory; a copy can be aquired in the LSPDFR manual install.

ComputerPlus is crashing, but it is out of date so I advise its removal. A good replacement would be CompuLite.

You have a few out of date plugins and I advise their removal. They are in bold below.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Attach your RagePluginhook log -> a text document found in your main directory.
