One of your AV's is quarantining it. I'd check your program files for it.

Try playing GTAV without RAGE, does it work?

This crash is random, but could your replicate the crash then attach another log? You may get another error.

There is no LSPDFR crash, so I presume it was a game crash. Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings.

If they already came part of LSPDFR, some users may find that limits the customisation and may not want it anyway. By you adding most yourself, each user gets a choice as to what they have.

Remove AlboCommon.125 and EMS Callouts - it is buggy.

This doesn't have the crash you described. Please replicate the issue for me.
