No problem! As a general rule, try not to get anything which is not optimised for 2 versions behind the current build for LSPDFR. We are on 0.4.9, so 0.4.7 would be fine whereas 0.4.2 would be outdated.

Try changing the vehicle class to VC_EMERGENCY.

In your lspdfr.ini disable the suspect escaped encounter.

No, it isn't. ScriptHookV.dll & dinput8.dll go into your main directory, not in the bin folder in your main directory.

In the vehicles.meta file, make sure it has the flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT & FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE. 😄

You've installed many out of date plugins, which I strongly suggest removing. They are HighPriority Callouts, PeterUCallouts, AirportCallouts, Code 3 Callouts and Chill Callouts.

It doesn't, since the issue isn't with a plugin. Try removing it please, then retry.

It is most likely with the vehicle; I notice there were included data files, did you install them?

Your POLICE model is invalid, I presume you installed a vehicles.meta file; revert that change.
