To delete mods: Delete your mods folder. To delete plugins: Remove everything in /Plugins other than LSPD First Response files.

I would not say this is meaningless. The spawning of random units can cause hard crashes, as displayed in the log. Yes, it could be the case that it isn't causing this crash, but I myself have seen countless times where it is. So I'd disagree that it is meaningless...

Thank you; you've got an error coming from RageNativeUI though, it is up to date. Please go to GTAV/Plugins and rename your LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR then, retry.

Reinstall the "lspdfr" folder from the LSPDFR manual install, then retry. 🙂

You can't; updating your mods folder means it will delete the existing update.rpf in your mods folder and get a fresh copy. That's just how it is. 😄

Hiya! Traffic Policer is outdated, so I'd advise its removal. But what is specifically causing this crash is an outdated RageNativeUI, get the updated copy here.
